Terms of Enrolment

Any client that books a course with Executive Training or its associated companies agrees to be bound by these terms of enrolment.

1) Fees:
The fees applicable will be based on our current prices at the time of booking. If a client makes a booking under a special promotion then providing the client has an original copy of the leaflet or other relevant promotional material and providing the booking is made within the stated time limit of the promotion and subject to availability of the particular course the fees due will be the figure stated in the promotion.

Payment must be made in full no later than two weeks prior to the start of your course. Due to limited places available we regret that all deposits and fees are non-refundable unless as stated in the cancellation terms.

2) Cancellations:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are not accepted any later than 14 days before the start date of a booking. However, in extenuating circumstances the course administrator might be able to arrange for the course/s to be taken on a different day from that agreed for the original booking. If a client fails to turn up for a class without 14 days satisfactory written notice to Executive Training, the client will be charged a minimum of £25 up to the full fee for the class missed to retake the class for each day of class missed. Executive Training may decide, at its discretion, not to rebook the student for the class missed.

3) Refunds:
There are no refunds for bookings that are cancelled with less than 14 days notice before the beginning of the first class in a booking. If more than 14 days notice is given and subject to a satisfactory written explanation for the cancellation then up to 60% of the course fee may be refunded.
In the case of part cancellations where the client has received a multi-booking discount, the full standard rates or a revised multi-booking rate will apply to the other courses that have not been cancelled. The revised prices will be applied to the clients account before any refunds are paid.

Refunds, once approved, will normally be paid by cheque within 14 days and posted to the client's address given on the original booking form.
Where bookings are made and paid by a company any requests for refunds must be confirmed in writing by an authorised officer of that company and payments will be made only to that company and not directly to the student.

4) Qualifications:
Students have very different backgrounds and experiences and so will learn at different rates. Therefore, we cannot guarantee how much any student will learn from any course or the suitability for their current jobs or any vocation or plans they might have for the future. Executive Training does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use of or the results of any of its courses or any other course.

5) Right of Admission: Executive Training absolutely reserves the right of admission and may cancel any booking or class without notice. If we decide to cancel we will try to give the clients as much notice as possible and when possible arrange for an alternative course or class date. Where a cancellation is our fault and if there are no replacement courses then our liability is limited to the fees actually paid by the clients for the courses not yet taken before the cancellation.

If we refuse admission to a student because of unacceptable behaviour or disturbances during a class or rudeness towards our staff by the student then providing that the student has not caused any damage to equipment or the building we may refund the less of 50% of the actual fees paid or 50% of the balance after deducting the pro-rata fees for the portion of the course/s already taken. The pro –rata fees are calculated on a daily basis. In any case there is a minimum deduction of £25 for administration.

6) Right of Amendment: Executive Training reserves the right to amend fees, locations, contents, start dates and trainers without notice.

7) Liability: We do not accept responsibility for client’s equipment, cars or articles of clothing brought or worn to the courses. These are entirely the client’s responsibility. The client accepts and understands that we do not accept responsibility for any damage direct or consequential to the client from the use of our equipment or from their participation in a course and that if we decide, at the discretion of the directors of Executive Training, to pay any compensation the amount payable is limited to the amount paid by the client for the course being attended at the time of the damage.

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. If any part of the terms and conditions is invalidated or modified for any reason it will not affect any other part of the terms and conditions. Throughout these terms of enrolment Student is used to represent the client.
